Nature of Duties :
Consultant (Production)
- Overall working/functioning/supervision of Production/ Manufacturing Division.
- Planning, scheduling and coordinating production
- Determine manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand
- Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay
- Reporting on the production status and any production issues to upper management
- Using market forecasts and competitive analysis to anticipate necessary production changes
- Any other work assigned from the Management time to time.
Consultant (IT)
- End to End responsibility w.r.t IT mechanisms, software’s and implementation.
- Development & Maintenance of PHP based application/ website, as &when required Developing IT roadmaps and milestones that align with business objectives to track progress.
- Researching emerging technologies and industry trends to incorporate them into the Corporation
- Designing and configuring IT systems based on Corporation requirements
- Overseeing new technologies’ installation and deployment
- Providing training and support to end users
- Coordinating with the senior management in developing an IT strategy to scale the solutions
- Redesigning the infrastructure to improve its scalability and performance.
- Assessing the current security measures and making improvements to protect sensitive data
- Day to day operations and maintenance of IT infra-structure & applications in HPMC
