Himachal Pradesh Public Service Commission had advertised 41 posts i.e.{UR =21, SC OF HP =8, SC OF HP(BPL) =1, ST OF HP =1, OBC OF HP =6, EWS OF H.P. =4} vide advertisement No. 13/10-2023 dated 17-10- 2023 of Lecturer (School New) Mathematics. The Screening Test and Subject Aptitude Test for the said posts were conducted on 19-05-2024. On the basis of the performance of the candidates in the Subject Aptitude Test, 83 candidates were short listed for document verification.
It is for the information of all concerned shortlisted candidates that the process of Document Verification will be undertaken by the HPPSC as per schedule given below. The shortlisted candidates are advised to attend the Document Verification alongwith all original documents on the fixed date at HPPSC Nigam Vihar Shimla-171002 at 10:00 AM. No further opportunity will be provided to the candidates to attend the Document Verification after the scheduled date and they will be treated as ABSENT and their candidature will also be finally rejected. No request for any change in date allotted to candidates for Document Verification will be entertained. Essential Documents :-
The candidates are directed to bring following documents in original alongwith photocopies on the day of document verification:
- Matriculation Certificate.
- 10 +2 Certificate.
- Master degree in Mathematics/ Master degree in Applied Mathematics from a recognized
University with minimum of 50% Marks in aggregate. - (i) Bachelor of Education (B.ED.) as professional qualification from recognized University/ Institutions with minimum of 50% Marks. OR
- Two years integrated M.Sc. Ed. Course from recognized University.
- Himachali Bonafide Certificate.
- SC/ST/ OBC Category Certificate on parental basis & latest/ valid OBC/ BPL and EWS
Certificate along with Non SC/ST/OBC certificate wherever applicable. All these certificates
should be valid on the closing date of Online Recruitment Application as well as on the day of
document verification and should have been issued by the competent authority as notified by
the Govt. from time to time. - Latest character certificate from a responsible Officer (Gazetted Officer of Government /
Semi Government Organization).
